Ramada by Wyndham Brooks

My wife, newborn, 7 year old, and I had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada about 3 months ago, and I have to say – it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the warm and inviting atmosphere made us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always making sure our needs were met, especially with a little one in tow. Our room was perfect for our family – spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable, and the thoughtful amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. As parents of a newborn, comfort and convenience were key, and the Ramada delivered on both fronts. The bathroom was well-appointed, and the extra space made it easy for us to care for our baby without feeling cramped. The on-site restaurant was a huge bonus – delicious meals that we could enjoy without having to leave the hotel. It was so nice to have everything we needed right at our fingertips, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our meals. Location-wise, the Ramada was ideal. It was close to everything we needed while still offering a peaceful, relaxing environment for our family. The overall attention to detail really made this stay stand out. From the welcoming touches to the incredible service, we felt truly taken care of. If you’re looking for a family-friendly, comfortable, and top-notch experience, the Ramada is the place to be. Our stay was absolutely flawless, and we can’t wait to return!

Katie and Jean are a solid 10 out of 5 stars. They went above and beyond our expectations. We had our daughters 10 birthday there the pool and area was awesome and super clean. Right from the time we opened our door to checkout they made our daughter feel special for her first birthday away from all her friends she gre up with as we just moved to Brooks last fall. You two ladies are amazing and I appreciate what you did sooooo much and so does our daughter! You guys are definitely the BEST !

Stayed at the hotel for business and used one of their meeting rooms for a board meeting. The technology available was simple and seamless to use. The staff at the hotel are very kind and available - which I appreciated as there was some confusion caused on my end.

Nice and easy location to find. Very cozy, relaxing and comfortable place to stay. The pool with a slide for kids are a plus to enjoy. The fitness centre are well equipped with brand new functional gym equipments. Very good selections of food choices for hot and cold breakfast. Overall highly recommended

Ramada Hotel is a nice place to stay. I would like to recognize Joy Lagan from recommending to stay at Ramada. I would like also to recognize the 2 female front desk staff when we checked in yesterday (Aug 01, 2025) Thank you very much Ramada.

Hotel staff were very polite. Made staying there a treat. The evening front desk lady has been very helpful & polite. A pleasure dealing with.

Rooms were spacious and hotel seemed very clean. Staff was very friendly. Big highlight was the pool, water was clean. Hot tub was hot and comfortable. Everyone loved the water slide. Probably the nicest Ramada we have stayed at in a while

Great place.. staff was friendly. And the room was excellent. The pool however had to be closed due to a mishap by a guest....not the hotel's fault. They were fast to act on it. Breakfast was AMAZING. .Hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage one day. Bacon the next.. Some gluten free vegan muffins were an option, fresh fruit, hash browns. Cold cereals, toast bagels. Juices, coffee, tea, waffle bar with added bonus of add ons like ... Whipped cream chocolate chips , fruit, Cinnamon, dried fruit, And a few other options. There were condiments available for your scrambled eggs such as cheese, salsa and a couple other items . There were jams and peanut butter and honey. We love the respect of the work crew that was staying there. They would take off their muddy shoes at the front entrance and leave them there. Thank you for that guys. But the room was amazing. It was so spacious. The towels were abundant. We had lots of room. The only downfall and this had nothing to do with the staff... was how the people would come in in the morning for breakfast, eat and leave their dirty dishes all over the table. This is not a restaurant people clean up after yourselves. Respect the next diner so they do not have to clean your mess ,. Pick up the plate you ate off of, put it on the cart provided . Wipe up your mess . And do not leave your dirty cups in the food serving area.. That is just RUDE!!
